5:54 EDT: Report of male with heavy backpack on bike. Unclear if "second suspect" is actually the first or "Black Hat".

From state police: Crime scenes in Watertown are scattered throughout approx 20 block area. We are searching that area and BEYOND.

suspect 1 arrived at hospital in cardiac arrest. they worked on him for 15 mins, but could not save him. shrapnel wounds, gun shots.
