All subway and commuter lines suspended, everyone is being told to stay at home, all business are being told to stay closed.
Pretty much half the state is in a lockdown then 
FBI is moving in heavy, Watertown is closed until they find suspect 2

They caught him, all three suspects, one white male, middle eastern male, middle eastern male in a cab, haven't checked the trunk, bomb squad being sent in as well as every single damn cop and FBI and national guard.
