I saw the cop's flashing light, walked over there saw 4 cars parked on the side of the road, drivers inside with keys on the roofs, female cop walking and making an announcement "nobody is going anywhere, the cars are getting towed for street racing"

i dont think it has anything with being "heaty" its more of some ppl made a bad decision at the wrong time and got caught. I drove by just to see what was up, and i'd say my car is a bit more "heaty" then those ones in the pic and nothing happened to me lol

It's policy of Burnaby RCMP to wear high visibility clothing when attending traffic incidents. Tweet that to @BurnabyRCMP. They're no different that construction workers when it comes to distracted drivers being dazzled by lights and things to look at that aren't the road ahead; operating at night puts them at even more risk too.
