Shit listening to all of you talk about how this phone isn't going to be that great has totally screwed me lol. I need a new phone badly, iPhone been lagging like crazy, my battery randomly dies at like 40% and my phone is cracked on the back (first time ever cracking my phone). Not sure if I should get this phone, Z2 (if it's coming out anytime soon), the note, or the HTC One. Normally I'd suck it up and wait for the new iPhone to drop but I really want to try something new, I can always grab the new iPhone later. And I like the fact I can add memory rather than having to pay like $700+ just to get a iPhone 5s (which is what I've been told it will cost, the new phone would cost even more....) not sure what to do..... Too many damn phones....

If you're even contemplating of getting the iPhone 6 when it comes out, then getting one of your listed phones isn't worth it unless you don't mind the cost of both. You might as well buy a Nexus 5 which can hold its own and doesn't cost much.

Side note, i like how Samsung implemented a fingerprint scanner :whistle:

so is there going to be a premium S5 or this is it? I thought they were talking about an aluminum body similar to One and 5S? Looked at the specs and other than upgraded hardware there doesn't seem to be any exciting features... now Z2 on the other hand looks pretty good

It's more so if I grab an android and I just absolutely hate it that I would go back, If I'm loving the phone no need to swap back to apple.

Meh, this looks like a total miss design-wise. I guess Apple fans were right when they said that Samsung copies everything Apple does.

The incremental upgrades from S4>S5 is literally almost the same as IP5>IP5S.

Oh well, I guess maybe that's the reason why they increased the screen by 0.1nch at the expense of making the whole phone look more bloated and less PPI on the screen

You're not cancelling. You're just paying off the contract. If you're with Rogers, they have the flextab, which is the amount you owe for the device you signed for. Pay that off and they will allow you to sign another 2 years.

Other carriers charge like $20 for every month you have left or something.

Rumor has it that it will be $249 on a 2 year. Month to month price can be upwards of $800+.

I might just settle for the note 3 and s4 (again) if that's the case. It's not that big of an upgrade anyways, not for $249.
