A New Band New Muscle Car That's Not Made By The Big 3 trying to pull a timpo here Quote:
not going to lie, this car is sick & i love it brings muscle cars back to its roots (i seriously hope its not a repost, as i have done a search) |
God damn! Not sure about the lower front fascia, but shit the rest is beautiful Posted via RS Mobile |

I have a mixed feeling about this. :suspicious: How is different than Hyundai and Kia trying to make a luxury sedan that sorta looks like Mercedes and BMW with a hint of Audi? |
At glance, kind of like a Camaro but it could look like a Challenger? http://img.gawkerassets.com/img/1919...g/original.jpg The rear..its like a almost-Mustang logo with almost-BOSS combined with Challenger rear. http://img.gawkerassets.com/img/1919...g/original.jpg also, Mustang interior, ZR1 wheels, etc... ok this thing is nothing but an identity crisis ::okay:: |

The profile looks great. It really looks classic. I like the modern muscle cars more than any other modern car, but often times they try to look "modern". This one doesn't seem to give a shit about that at all. Apply a 70's instagram filter to these, and it will look like it belonged in those times |
Yes I agree, frankly, all modern muscle cars look like toys. That's why you get Retro Built bodykit. http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog....ack-fd-opt.jpg http://www.allfordmustangs.com/forum...9leftfront.jpg http://www.artgallerycanada.com/wp-c...elby-GT500.jpg http://gomotors.net//photos/27/d7/mu...1969_bb780.jpg |

I'm not usually an American muscle guy but wow that thing looks amazing! I love it. |
the retro kits are not as nice as this one timpo (omg i just realize i just pulled a timpo lol) |
If its going to be a tribute, I wish they would have done it more like the singer 911s. Pick a car, use new car technology, in original/updated classic body shape. It does look good though. |
It still is an identity crisis, why are they calling it Equus??? http://www.hyundai-blog.com/wp-conte...ai-equus-1.jpg |
and most important question, what's the retail on one of those? |
 ^ I read $250-296k USD |

 This is HOT |

Besides having a different front fascia, I don't see how it looks any different from a mustang fastback.. |
Wow, I like it! Posted via RS Mobile |

And the reason modern muscle cars look like toys is because we've seen thirty years of models, Hot Wheels, and Micro Machines idolizing a 15 year period of domestic vehicle engineering. The toys were meant to look lie idealized versions of the originals. |

Timpo, why do you have so many Questions? |

I think it looks great! $250k seems kinda steep though, geez |

not digging the front fogs. rest is epic. i wish it had a better name and logo though. a backwards looking horse? the car should be confident that it's leaving ppl in the dust so it doesn't have to look back! |
i remember seeing this awhile back on autoblog, not a huge fan of the fogs, sorta wished they made the grille completely rectangular without the bump at the bottom like the old camaros i wonder how many people are gonna be willing to pay 250k for essentially a muscle car :considered: |
Cool concept but for 250K you could restore and Pro Touring mod a real classic. Hell for that kind of money you could probably do two. 250K is way too much to be asking for this car. It's just a modern Eleanor without the soul. I'd rather have an original anyway: http://i.imgur.com/aHaHasA.jpg http://i.imgur.com/YRJzI0k.jpg http://i.imgur.com/mcKYcmQ.jpg etc. |

Price and name ruined it for me :fuckthatshit: |
