Will probably be close to $150k in a few years, 993 non-TT and older air-cooled 911's in Canada are still a reasonable price now but I suspect they'll go up significantly. Personally speaking the 993 TT isn't a special enough car to justify the inflated price tag, it's got collector value but as a car to daily or track it's nothing amazing and it doesn't have iconic/exotic style of something like a Ford GT. As an investment though I feel like it makes sense as they're considerably cheaper to maintain than truly exotic (flame suit on) supercars and 20 years down the road they'll sell for a fortune.

Seems like many of us want a Porsche of some kind, lol.

I wouldn't mind a 968 (as opposed to 944) but I never see them for sale.

The car had about 70bhp or something. It was awesome. I hope/plan to do any modern engine swap, heck even a Corolla engine swap, and it will be a HUGE bump in power.

Nice! I'd add a first gen IS-F to my list for sure. Probably the best looking sport sedan available currently and they will only get less expensive as time moves forward.
