What drippers do you have?

Maybe I can help you narrow down your selection!

wth! Just bought some 28 gauge kanthal, why would the lady even sell me 32 when i told her im aiming for lowest ohms possible for svd (1.3ohm).

32 gauge = 4-5 wraps
28 gauge = 8-9 wraps

Followed this guide Wicking Kayfun/Russian v2.0 - Imgur for his wicking techniques and now im happily vaping at max 6v @ ~25+ watts.

FYI, the svd doesn't go to 25 watts ;)

But with 32 gauge, it will attain heat quicker than 28 gauge. even if you twist or parallel, 32 gauge is superior.

The more surface area, the more flavor, and as a result, if youre using wattage, more vapor.

Just started rebuilding coils and now when I use them on my svd it only sometimes works or the vape will shut off completely. Is it because the batteries cannot put out enough power now? Turning down the power has no effect, if i'm lucky i can get two hits before it shuts off.

However if i use the coils on my itaste v3 it works all the time. Currently using a unitank mini for this.

It doesnt? In voltage mode the math says I can attain a max 27 watts using the lowest ohm svd will allow. Does it cap off in voltage too?

The svd is an either or device. It will either provide to you the voltage it states (at limitations) or the wattage it states ( at limitations) and that's due to a few factors.

Switch amperage rating and the chipset and how it multiplies voltage.

The chipset on that device is pulswidth modulated so it won't be able to provide to you a direct boost. It will do its best to give you what you're after though. You'll find that at higher power ratings it isn't as efficient but still does a good job regardless

Man, if that can provide 25 watts efficiently, I would havent given mine away!

It's a good atty, solid adjustable airflow.

It has a spit back protection hole, meaning it's a little bit smaller below where the drip tip sits. But other than that it's enjoyable. I have been using mine for quite some time....well actually it's just been sitting recently. Other than that, if you get your hands on the real deal, it's worth it!

I just picked up yet another kayfun today, taking my silica tank collection to 5 :/

Finally upgraded to an itaste svd + aerotank mega. What a difference from the itaste v3.

TOPEC 05-31-2014 08:51 PM

my innokin vv finally came in after a 15 day wait. fasttech shipped it in a paper bag and the box along with my coils have been crushed bad... good thing the battery is still fine, but if ur like me and is anal abt keeping boxes mint, then opt for the hard case option for shipping

Vansterdam 06-01-2014 07:18 AM

^ lol I have already been waiting for 12 days and my vv hasent even been shipped yet. been waiting 20 days for my replacement tanks as well and still hasent shipped lol.

fasttech my ass

Vangruver 06-01-2014 09:16 AM

12 dollar savings ordering online.

up to 20 day wait [or longer] ordering online.

PLUS

the anticipation of having it

is it really worth it?

Only if you aren't in any rush, should ordering from fasttech be an option.

Support your local vape shops. Unless its getting a product that no one carries here, only then is ordering from another vender be suitable. But there is something to be said about having it right NOW

PJ 06-03-2014 03:40 PM

Free 10 ml of Orange Cream and Pomegranate Red Bull if anyone wants them. 18 mg strength. Bought from CEV, only used a few drops of each. Flavors are a bit too sour for my liking.

- still available if this message is still here

TOPEC 06-03-2014 10:21 PM

^make ur own, any kind of menthol liquid will do

I used divine fogs apple mixed with menthol case from knuckle juice, tried tropinogan from esv mixed eith menthol case as well, both were good combos

PJ 06-03-2014 10:44 PM

^ +1

I've been mixing menthol with various flavors, and I'm loving it. Has that nice cooling sensation like you just had a menthol cigarette, or chewed gum or something
