^nah mang. Those seats are semi-aniline leather. So its basically leather with a layer of plastic on top that protects it from the elements and color transfer. It's not about speed when it comes to an SL - it's about the look and being seen. Even I'm becoming a fan of the R129.

Oh I agree, but when I say slow I'm not sure if one can comprehend a #4000 car with 150lb/ft of torque and a fucking THREE GODDAMN SPEED TORQUE CONVERTER AUTO. Like it's fucking hilarious. I could push it off the line faster.
Like I said though my 18x11 3pc aeros would be rubbing so bad I wouldn't wanna go any faster.

The only caveat is that the odometer has stopped working so true mileage will be unknown moving forward.
I've always had a soft spot for an R129 with AMG Monoblocks.

I think they're just including the K20 with the sale. The motor in the engine bay doesn't look like a K20. Still a pretty neat project for the price though!

So likely going to be buying my dad’s truck off him once he gets a new vehicle. It’s a 2018 F150 he’ll basically give me for nothing, the truck has 65,000kms he bought it brand new on a smoking deal for like $42,000 back in 2018
Is there any way to avoid getting fucked by the taxes? Or am I going to be stuck paying the blue book value or however it works based on the transfer?
Frankly it’s bullshit regardless as the truck was only 42,000 brand new and he probably has the invoice from the original sale, so the blue book is probably 3/4 the price of the truck brand new even 8-9 years later..
