Has other clues that suggest it's a Type S. Colour matched sideskirts + front lip. Shift knob. Gunmetal rims. bigger front rotors. 604stig could also lift up the aftermarket floor mats to see if the carpet mats are under there and see if it says it's a type S. Might even have the emblem on the trunk lid, but I can't tell from the picture.

I went back to read the ad instead of just looking at pictures and :heckno: when he says it's mint condition. front leathers look trashed. 4 and 5 o'clock position of the steering wheel looks worn. The push tabs for the tray and cupholders in front of the shifter are missing. Being a 300,000 kms car, it's showing its age and far from being mint (At least by my standards) :rukidding:

That XRS with the 2.4 doesn't have the 1.8 celica GTS engine anymore. Not as cool, but Toyota succeeded in fooling people.

Isn't the V10 the better version of this car? I mean, a 6spd V8 Audi R8 would be sweet, but how much better is the V10?

what kinda cars get impounded?

The V10 is 100 HP more with a lot more carbon fiber bits including the side blades. I paid the same price for my 09 V10 3 years ago.
