not sure if this is real because pictures don't match? one has chrome wheels, pinstripes, and a gps puck on the roof, and the other has earlier wheels with no puck or pinstripe... and the middle pic is from FS-1992 SC400 Pearl White - Club Lexus Forums

That m3 is a crazy deal, like many of us I've been watching them for years. I hope someone on here bought it

friend went to look at m3. it is at the age/mileage where it needs a lot of work. ps pump is dead among other things.

jasonturbo 12-18-2016 11:28 PM

The cheapest BMW is also the most expensive BMW.

I just bought a E90 M3 6mt for 34500 from original owner @ 90000km in great shape with two sets of wheels and a full service history + two new throttle actuators.

You can't buy even buy an E46 M3 in 6mt with 90000km for 35k.

At this time in the best value for money is the e9x m3... forget the older models unless the prices come back to reality, outside of North America the E36/E46 are much cheaper.

No chance.
e36s in europe are getting ridiculous prices. Anything with under 150k in decent shape is going for like 20 - 25k euros.
Even garbagey Japan imports are costing 25k to get here.

vitaminG 12-19-2016 08:12 AM

The jdm e36 have euro spec motors, so can't really compare them directly with usdm e36

westopher 12-19-2016 09:25 AM

I know that but so does every e36 m3 outside of NA.
Jason said the e36 m3s outside of NA are cheaper which isn't the case at all. They don't have north American e36s anywhere else unless someone goes full retard and imports one.

not necessarily. a few USDM E36 M3 were exported to Japan as well.

2012 BMW M3 Coupe

320icar 12-19-2016 12:20 PM

Not sure if this is a good deal, don't think these e90 m3's are very DIY friendly.

But, one owner, low km, 6 speed, 4 door m3 is pretty much my dream vehicle. Seriously tempting to go look at

Repos scare the shit out of me, if they can't keep track of their finances, how the hell can they look after maintenance.

And that M3 Sedan I dunno but something seems off, but I may very well be wrong. Looking at it has no harm though, just have to make sure the maintenance was documented and whatnot. Could be a fantastic buy

_Sonic 12-19-2016 12:36 PM

thumper 12-19-2016 12:41 PM

_Sonic 12-19-2016 12:47 PM

89 civic wagon with b16a. Looks super clean. Are parts easy to find for this? A bit too old for me but looks awesome. https://vancouver.craigslist.ca/rds/cto/5912825915.html

jasonturbo 12-19-2016 12:57 PM

I'm guessing the silver M3 has accident history, they mention all the other good shit "one owner, local car" but don't hype clean title or lack of accidents...?

eh? b16 with a LS trans? is that kind of gearing a good or bad thing?

tofu1413 12-19-2016 01:22 PM

bad thing.

The gear ratios can't maximize use of the B16's narrow powerband.

fliptuner 12-19-2016 01:32 PM

Only useful gear would be 5th, for highway lol
