Sometimes being over certain milage humps is beneficial being that the car wouldn't make it there without having certain problems addressed. Something to consider if you actually plan on driving it instead of "investing" in it.

... Nothing can check rod bearings unless you go in and look at them, it's just something you have to think about changing at some point. Throttle actuators are the same, unless you wanna pay someone all the labour to go in and look, at that point you might as well just change them anyways
