Back on topic, I'm surprised these haven't skyrocketed in price yet.

ticking time bomb with that weak transmission,hard to find expensive parts.
its gonna be a money pit with repairs in the future when things breaks,so many modern sport cars you could come up ahead with than that nightmare.

A friend of mine in Seattle is interested, but the owner is asking for him to wire him $20K without seeing the car. A bit weird, but hoping someone could shed some light on this car if anyone knows it. Thanks in advance.

why would the seller not let your friend see the car 1st? I really don't know, but I wouldn't wired money to someone locally if I weren't allow to see it 1st and I don't care how good of a deal it is or what car it is (even if a jaguar e type for 1k lol)

That way if anything is hinky you can just wire it back.
