Since everyone else was posting their Golf R.

Car gets sideways when you want it to, good times.

I guess I got a decent pic of my little daily.

http://i282.photobucket.com/albums/k...pshm4bv0wi.jpg

I recently put H&R springs on it, but the fronts are too high and it looks like my car has a saggy ass. I'm tempted to cut a coil off the front springs, but then it might ride like shit lol.

320icar 11-30-2015 11:26 PM

One coil wouldn't be enough to ruin an h&r spring unless it's progressive

edit: you should try and get some 90/91 rear lights. they dont have the amber portion, just red and white. good visual upgrade

swfk 11-30-2015 11:35 PM

Swap front springs with rear springs :troll:

I just looked it up, they seem to be progressive. Not sure which side is better to chop, top or bottom. And great, now I'll want those tails haha. Thanks for the suggestion, I thought it was a JDM vs USDM thing lol. Now I'm gonna be looking for a set, even though I told myself I'd do minimal mods to the car lol.

The new XC90 looks so sweet. Love the design. The engine choices seem pretty interesting too. Supercharged and turbocharged!! Only downside is the price starting @ 60k...fully loaded one totals after taxes and everything 96k LOL

Z3guy 12-02-2015 07:34 AM

^ the new Volvo XC90 definitely has moved up a couple of notches in the prestigious category. I would rank it slightly ahead of the X5 and Q7 and only slightly below the Range Rover Sport.

Went up to big white last weekend with the girlfriend, didn't have winter tires but my goodyear a/t tires held up kept well

^ NICE look at all the snow!! Im going up this season too.

I thought the law requires you to have winter tires to cross the coquihalla highway lol.

dared3vil0 12-02-2015 08:16 AM

Just M+S.

roastpuff 12-02-2015 11:01 AM

M&S tires are legal. When weather gets bad, however, they'll often turn cars around if they don't have chains or snowflake rated tires.

Yeah, the new XC90 is aimed at the Q7 and X5 market, though I would hesitantly say it might be even more slightly upscale from there. It's a fantastic vehicle and the pricing makes it even more attractive than its German counterparts. I know one guy who owned an RR prior to owning a new XC90 and he prefers the Volvo much more.

Sadly this one isn't mine; it's a press car loaner. :okay:

Yup. Should be up in a couple days, provided I can get Lightroom working again to edit some photos.
