91-94 Manual's don't. The rest do.

Yup iirc 91-94 nsx are manual steering rack and by 95 they switch to the EPS

I ran the vin and it says rebuilt/salvage/flood car and by 1999 it already has 144k miles after that there's no more record of the clicks.
So you decide roughly the clicks on the present time!
Also the tachometer is very temperamental sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't my guess will be the after effect of the flood damage I don't know.

The Dip is temporary, which is the cool thing about Dip...tired of it? Just peel it off!
If and when I do a total restore, I will do the OEM gloss black Paint. Kappa
