Not convinced the buddy thing is working. As a matter of fact, I'm not convinced the mileage tracking is working since the new update. I've at least walked over 1 km since the new update, but buddy mileage is still staying at 0km. Interestingly, the hatching egg km increased by 0.2km.

Got bored of playing on my main account so I created an alt account for the purposes of spoofing. Gotta say, spoofing takes the fun outta things as I catch more rares in a day than I do in a week on my main (legit) account...

I agree. Part of the fun of the game is to walk around and try to catch stuff and take over gyms or put a pokemon in a level 9 gym and watch that level 10 gym stay the same colour.

I have 2 co-workers who spoof and they are very proud of their 10 X 2000 CP dragonites but I am like :heckno:

My first Gyrados encounter was 8 razz and 10 black balls and it ran away.

The other day, had a Charmander run away after 1 black ball. :rukidding:

Where abouts do they spawn?
I was at Jericho beach yesterday and in 2 hrs caught 10 Charmanders. :fuckyea:

They spawn along the water by: Canada Place, West Convention Center, and all the way to Harbour Green park. There's also some that spawn by the water even further towards Stanley Park but I never go that far lol

Was having dinner near the Metrotown triple lure today, and to my small surprise, there was a good while -- at least 10 - 15 min -- when only 1 of the 3 Pokestops had a lure on it.

Same thing when I was at ICBC on saturday. Only 1 lure was up and I was too far away to benefit from it T-T

This fire breathing Pokémon came with quite a bit of candy. -just need to keep playing the game to collect more stardust and power up Magmar.

Don't rush to powering up anything before level 20, you'll get tons of much stronger pokemon at 20+

I'm level 26 now and it seems like tryin to catch Pokemon takes a lot more poke balls and everything seems to run away more often. Kinda annoying lol

Wow burnaby was so LIT.

1 Lapras, 5 Dragonites, Nidoking, Hitmonlee and some others appeared within the hour and a half within the same area around metro.

No not that many people compared to before. There's probably 20 people there at night now a days. People are mostly parked in the lot sitting in their cars too

^ its also getting colder. aint freezing my balls off for shit that wont pop up there anyways. should pick up when trading/battling between friends is added. dont think it will be crazy though

Looks like Niantic added some new security measures and now all those bots, spoofs, and trackers don't work anymore.
Guess we have to go back to actually walking around and catching Pokemons by chance.
