This woman is clearly not behaving normally. Though she looks well spoken and well dressed, she's not firing on all cylinders. Normal people don't do this. Usually people with mental illness are on medication. Once in a while, the person will not take their meds and what you see becomes unforgettable.
At most, I would shove her away but I wouldn't jaw clock her. The guy did the right thing by just walking away. De-escalation is a much better result than violence especially when the person isn't even all there.
The other lady with the dog should've called 911 and they'd have been there before the mental lady could walk away.
I'm only 5 minutes from that location, I should take my german shepherd for a stroll in that area. Let her kick a dog who's able to grab her foot before it hits him.
I also have a german shepherd. let see that bitch try and kick my dog. I will muzzle my dog just to be fair.
Who cares, no fucking excuse. That's a pass for her?? Give me a break. Just saying
I think you need to weigh out the situation here. We know this girl has mental problems and I don't think she deserves to be stalked and profiled because of a small incident like this.
I think it's best if we just mind our own business, especially if we see her in public. Gossip, joke, laugh, with your friends all you want, but for anyone who wishes harm on her or plans to create more emotional damage to her than she already has (posting pictures online, witch hunt, verbal/physical assault her in public, etc), you're just as bad of a person as she is, if not, worst.
People deserve forgiveness and second chances. Seeing how this is the first incident that she is involved in, I think she deserves a second chance. Who knows, maybe she will realize after the news that she is a psychopath and wants to change.
Hopefully this lady does get some help. Couple years ago while working at a club in Victoria, We had to kick this older lady out cause she was so fucked up inside. Not thinking of mental health issues or anything like that at the time, we just thought she was drunk ect or fucked up on drugs. Once I got her outside she started screaming she had aids and tried to bite us and was going fuck balls to the walls. Cops come ect, take her away. Fast forward 2 weeks later, she escaped from a mental home/house thingy. She had both her kids taken away from her and was off her medication, she came back to the club with a knife in her purse looking to stab all of us. Definitely opened my eyes to people with mental health issues allot more after that!!!!
Yup hence my first reply to this thread. People will suffer from the consequences of their actions, like this lady likely will right now. but is there the need to shame her for her looks, race, looking her up on facebook, sending this video to the news? What would all that accomplish? It would probably just make everything worse for her.
Bottom line is she fucked up, probably really needs help, and thankfully the dog is OK. Hope this does serve one thing in her getting help or at least being forced to be in a situation where she can't hurt other dogs or people (or end up getting herself hurt)

The OP updated the thread on Reddit and said after having several interviews with news and media, many people have stepped forward reporting similar incidents with this woman. She is known to Burnaby RCMP for doing this.

Well then I guess she's fucked.
Even so, I don't think we should stick our nose into by looking up for Facebook etc. Etc. Just stay away from her if you see her in public imo.
Like skinnypupp said, her actions will lead her to her consequences.
