Walking my dog down the street by Brentwood mall when this woman comes up out of nowhere and kicks my dog hard in the ribs making her yelp and cry.
She then goes after another random woman with a dog (shown at the end). Video starts where I pull out my phone to start filming her and she assaults me, the whole while claiming I am attacking her. (Because apparently attackers attack people while walking their dogs in front of their houses). She then tries to goad me into hitting her, presumably to legitimize her claims and get away. Then she says she's going to take my dog.
What a fucking nutjob. She punched another woman prior to this video starting (near the end of the video) and then goes off against this guy and his dog. The video is clear, so there should be no issues identifying her.

lol if she try to do this any of my co worker's dog she would have the whole office staff beating the crap out of her one who is very good at Thai boxing and several others who could break her arms without a sweat.
The other lady with the dog should've called 911 and they'd have been there before the mental lady could walk away.
I'm only 5 minutes from that location, I should take my german shepherd for a stroll in that area. Let her kick a dog who's able to grab her foot before it hits him.

Guy did the right thing by not putting his hands on her. Would've had lawsuit all over it.
With that being said... If someone did that to my boy while I was walking him (and we DO walk around Gilmore / Rosser occasionally), I don't think I could've been as calm as he was. I'd like to see the minute leading up to this.
