Made 2 purchases recently. Both shipping out of Cali into Washington, got taxed. First purchase specifically said that if it's going to certain states (WA was listed) I'd get taxed. Didn't pay attention to the second purchase.
I know that if the item is from the WA and shipping to WA you'll get taxed for sure even though it's an online purchase.

Yeah they started taxing on orders that goto Washington state since the New Years. Sucks.

Definitely something you have to keep in mind now. In my instance I shipped it back to Canada since the state tax would have negated any benefit shipping to Blaine.

Not exactly forwarders, but check Kinek if you need an OR address to ship it to. I think it's $5 dollars a package, might be worthwhile if the item is expensive enough and you were heading down to PDX.

Revvshift didn't charge me WA tax, but Garagtastic via Ebay did. It's ok that eBay did for this one because well, Revvshift costed $170USD, Garagtasic costed $30.
