Perfect for me I been holding off on shocks I had my eyes on for months now... got $68 off... what a cool cool number ;) |
Let me try this code later tonight, I got this targeted 20% off code a few weeks back and I picked up a set of coilovers :accepted: |
Did anyone get this code to work? I tried it on a few filters and didn't seem to work. Most likely because I'm dumb and but just wanted confirmation. |
It worked for the Hella sealed beam conversions I need, since it's only auto parts maybe the filters weren't categorized correctly? |
I tried it last night and it showed up at check out, I didn't complete it though as I put in an offer and waiting to see if I can get out for cheaper maybe it expired? |
Btw is it mandatory taxes now for eBay? I haven't used them much since the pandemic cuz pr has been closed. :okay: |
Yah if you're sending in the USA, it usually charges you tax for the state you're sending it too............. which is total crap for us since we don't even live there. And a lot of sellers use the global shipping program that pre-determines duty and taxes to Canada if you ship to here, which is bullshit because most of the time if it comes by USPS and it's under ~$300 CBSA doesn't bother charging anything. It also slows the shipping down immensely since it has to go to some processing centre. Honestly eBay is fucking garbage now, it's okay to be a buyer if you pick the right stuff and find a good price... I sell stuff on there and it's become a total joke... they even changed it now that you can't accept Paypal for payment or send your funds to Paypal... so as a Canadian, I'm selling items in USD and they pay in USD... I used to just keep it in Paypal as USD to use right? But now, eBay forces me to accept that they will exchange it on my behalf at one of the worst exchange rates known to man and then send it to my bank account... plus they charge the value fee + the transaction fee. I sold a car model the other day for $650.00 USD (free shipping)... $650.00 USD at bank rate is $821.00 CAD... they take like 10% of the sale price for fees so okay $650-65= $585... which is still $739 right? You know how much got deposited in my account after various other fees and their crap exchange rate? $686.75. So they basically took $130+ CAD from my sale. It's like 20%! AND I still have to pay to ship it since the shipping was included LOL... highway robbery. I don't know how sellers make money anymore. |
Yea sadly eBay is still an ok place to buy certain specific car parts, Cusco tower bars, car audio etc. I think it's safer to buy from than individual websites. Plus you have the occasional promos. Free shipping within us. For more generic stuff I just get it off Ali express now. Amazon sucks for selection and they charge taxes too. |
The Global Shipping program is the stupidest shit ever. Shipping something from Seattle, to Kentucky, then to me, makes no sense. |

Alright just placed my order so the coupon does work. Sucks that they still charge you the full tax on the original price then give you 20% off original price. Not taxed on the reduced amount :fuuuuu: |
Bought a lot of parts I been sitting on forever! Got 2 discounts with a kind friend letting me use their account too. |
bought tailights and handful of misc items with the nascar discount |
