As dumb as people think Trump may be, his remarks in terms of riling up his supporters are very weighted. Telling people to March on the capital he obviously knew what the potential could be, however he didn’t directly tell anyone to do anything. Again, If people want to try and draw him into some lawsuit or court battle over this he has more than enough ammunition to draw it out until no one cares.
