We don't know because we don't get to buy it before we make legislation that benefits it. |

Trump states almost daily in interviews that he "loves elon" and that he "100% stands behind him" and that he "fully believes in what DOGE is doing". If his plan were to pin it on elon if it backfires, I think anyone would temper their high praises. I really think trump does believe in this, and really when the information is presented in the manner fox presents it, there is probably a lot of people who will get behind him. I mean lets be honest there is 100 reasons why this thread is not indicative of the general sentiment behind what trump is doing. Chiefly that it is primarily made up of Vancouverites and moreso canadians, and we hate trump. But I mean rooting out corruption and wastefulness is a good policy to build a platform on, it resonates with people. Certainly resonates with me. Unfortunately trump loses me with all the other crazy shit he says/does. |

enhanced robots? Musk is streamlining the U.S. government at the expense of government employees through mass layoffs. There is still gonna be a tonne of work to be done in that government with less workers to do work. Maybe Elon wants to use his A.I. robots to do the American government's work? His company xAI is not a publicly traded company, yet. :considered: |

at no point in any presidentcy has anyone just pause on any department. Elon thought outside the box, direct sight with no reporting / complaint protocol. Smart dude. Did he hurt feelings on departments.. hell yah, did he uncover some loop holes ... of course (despite it being only 1%?). Lastly, what does Elon have to gain... US defense budget.... not sure if it's legit but his cybertruck will have bullet proof tech now? All Elon has to do is to have someone open a shell company and he's golden. |
JD Vance doing a whole lot of victim blaming over in Europe... the problem isn't Russia, it's your woke culture! Russia interfered in your election so you cancelled it? You're just afraid of your voters! You gave us Greta Thurnberg we gave you Elon Musk... same same! What a literal fuck of a bearded thing that guy is. |
when you have all the money in the world then you just want attention, power, and praise i guess. elon has jumped from thing to thing in his life be it wives, children, businesses, etc... he might get bored of this and dump his useful idiot eventually. trump demands 100% loyalty, i dont see why elon would feel 100% loyal to trump... egos will clash. |
Watch this video starting at 19 minutes... if anyone can tell me what the fuck he is even talking about I will be very surprised. The real gulf of america is the vast empty space between this clown's ears. I mean the whole thing is garbage to listen to, but at 19 minutes it gets really wild. He's actually at the point where he's just making up lies AS he's talking, not even in advance. I've seen people with dementia be more lucid than this motherfucker. Also right in the beginning "Beautiful young soldiers"???? |
He needs to fucking go. Along with all the retards that voted for him. That’s why democracy doesn’t work, people are too fucking stupid in general to make sound decisions. |

I wouldn’t be caught dead in one of those things now due to how weird and awkward that Elon douche bag is. Just thinking about it makes my skin crawl. They should have never given that retard money |

This is not the first time, and won't be the last time, that Trump fabricate lies on the fly. He has been fact checked and proven incorrect so many times before, and yet somehow his idiot supporters will still support him. Some of their standard replies include: - The leftard media is lying to you about those fact checking - Yeah, but he is still better than the senile old man before him - It doesn't matter what Trump says -- I still support him - The majority of Americans voted for him, and we are happy he is our president - or just straight up keep cruising along as if Trump never made up those lies His supporters are really a different breed that live in a parallel universe. |

Used car prices about to go up... Trump Says Auto Tariffs Coming April 2 The president did not specify how much the tariffs would be or which nations could be targeted. https://www.removepaywall.com/search...o-tariffs.html |
https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/...smid=url-share (gift link) One hell of a resignation letter from the AUSA of SDNY who was asked to dismiss the charges against NYC Mayor Eric Adams - the dismissal is for a quid pro quo with Trump (Adams will help round up illegal immigrants in exchange for charges against him being dropped). https://static01.nyt.com/newsgraphic...1/output-1.png |
I have to say, the breadth, depth, and speed of widespread corruption from the Trump admin is really, really incredible from an execution standpoint. These criminals had a plan that covered everything and are going forth with virtually no opposition. They told everyone what they were going to do well in advance and have no shame about doing it - they're not making any effort to pretend it isn't a crime or corruption. They're like the 72 win Chicago Bulls, the 80's Oilers, Tom Brady, the Senna/Prost era McLaren cars, and the Federer/Nadal/Djokovic grand slam run. Except they are pure evil. |
it kinda gives all the future criminals precedent for embezzlement/bribery/extortion and general antisocial/anti-prosperity actions worst timeline ever.... downfall of American society. |
I can understand why hardly any Republican politicians are stepping up to oppose Trump -- they can pretty much guarantee the end of their political careers, at least in the next 4+ years, if they dare to step in and try to block Trump for anything. What I don't really understand is -- how come the Democrat politicans aren't raising a bigger ruckus about what is going on? Is Trump's strategy of flooding the zone really that effective that it is completely overwhelming the Democrats? to the point that they don't even know how to react anymore? I am seeing a handful of injunctions here and there for a few EOs, but for the most part, it feels like the Democrats aren't able to do much to slow the wave of Trump's EOs. |

I didn't learn anything novel from watching that, except about razor blade irritation which ate up the entire last 2 minutes of the video. |
Im waiting for an RS user, who owns a model x & cybertruck to defend elon musk and tesla. Would love to see his insight how the nazi salute is a good thing, like how tesla got rid of the turn signal and shifter is a good thing too. |
Guys give him some time. A 385000 word essay that conveys absolutely no tangible thought takes time. |
