Will they learn their lesson from Harris failing so badly? Or at least know when and where to nominate more/less moderate candidates. |

Any veteran involved in US politics should know that the US in general does not vote like NYC. It would be a mistake to think that any hard left candidate would have a realistic chance at winning the presidential race. Given how this is something even a random nobody like me can understand, surely the Democrats would be fully aware of this as well?
For now, I really don't see anyone that would be a stronger candidate than Gavin Newsom for the next presidential election. Whether he wants the job, however, is another question.

I definitely think Gavin will run, the California redistricting prop he put forward and such are all modes of him moving towards national politics.
I know some people don't like him, he's not perfect, but I think he'd be a great presidential candidate, the guy looks like he was hired from Central Casting to play president in a damn TV show.
Optics are everything.

Yeah that's what I'm saying - right person for the right time and place. For president, they need someone like him, even if Buttigieg or whoever might be the better actual candidate

Saw Gavin is attending the environmental summit in Brazil to represent the USA since Trumps entire administration is ignoring it.

Gavin and AOC would be a crazy combo.
That's Gavin's ex wife. trump shipped her off to Greece because Don Jr did not want her anymore.

This actually happened yesterday. Dr. Oz is going on about obesity causing dementia while Trump is asleep and then someone collapses and Trump just stands around doing nothing.

Lmao not AI...
Honestly, I think people might be missing the bigger picture with Mandani’s win in NYC. It might be reflection of a growing mood among voters who are fed up with the ultra rich running the show. There could be a real shift happening where more people are starting to see that billionaires aren’t exactly working in the best interests of the 99%.
