The good news is if manic loses he's out of this thread and if he wins then welfare is out of this thread, so manic won't be encouraged anymore and might stop posting as much nonsense. Seems win win for me.

What about wall materials. What happens if the Dems agree on border funding, but not an actual wall? Manic still wins.
For welfare to win this bet, an actual wall must be approved, not fencing repair/upgrades or any crap such as that.
This is certainly interesting.

Like I said before the dems will never give him 5.6 bill for the wall. The dems already offered 1.3 bill and he said 5.6 bill or nothing. If he does not get full funding for the wall what was the point of the shut down?
First it was a concrete wall and now we are hearing chain link fence or or steel slats. You know they have home depot in Mexico right? http://www.homedepot.com.mx/ 
Also the 6 inch gaps will make it safer for drug dealers in Mexico. They won't have to cross the boarder they can just pass the drugs thru the gaps.

I think you guys just need to make a generic bet:
- If trump gets funding for the wall, welfare wins.
- If trump does not get funding for the wall, Manic! wins.
Then, once this shutdown ends, if the two of you can't agree who won, it goes to 3 random RS people to determine the winner.
ie, if trump gets 5 bil, I would say welfare wins, while if he got 2bil, I would say manic wins. anything inbetween I would vote draw. (this is the most likely scenario imo)

The goal hasn't been a 30 foot concrete wall for 2000miles for a long time, stop pretending it is.
If manic says anything less than a full wall is a lose for welfare then I would say anything more than $20 towards a wall is a loss for manic.
Edit: what am I even doing here. I need for remove RS from my bookmarks this place is ridiculous.
