House Oversight Chair James Comer has agreed to the dates Bill and Hillary Clinton proposed for depositions in the panel’s Jeffrey Epstein probe, putting an end to the contempt of Congress proceedings that had been moving forward against them.
The former president is scheduled to appear on February 27 and the former Secretary of State to appear on February 26 under the terms that Comer had previously set.
Two sources had earlier told CNN that the Clintons agreed to appear for depositions on the panel’s terms, but also suggested they wanted public hearings.
Good suggestion from the Clintons! Let's have a public hearing of their depositions.

US military says some forces have been dispatched to Nigeria
DAKAR, Feb 3 - The U.S. has sent a small team of troops to Nigeria, the general in charge of the U.S. command for Africa said on Tuesday, the first acknowledgment of U.S. forces on the ground since Washington struck by air on Christmas Day.
President Donald Trump ordered airstrikes on what he described as Islamic State targets in Nigeria in December and said there could be more U.S. military action there.
So the Trump attempted assasin was sentenced to life in prison today. Upon hearing the sentence, he tried to kill himself by stabbing himself in the neck with a pen.
Why the despair ... hopefully, the Dems win the next Federal election and then the president can pardon you.

WASHINGTON — President Donald Trump called for Americans to move on from the Jeffrey Epstein files, following the release of three million more documents by the Justice Department last week.
"I think it's really time for the country to maybe get onto something else," Trump told reporters in The Oval Office on Feb 3. "Now that nothing came out about me, other than it was a conspiracy against me, literally by Epstein and other people."
