I haven't gone through it all yet but this will give me a better understanding and something to go on for my hearing in court.

A year of my life wasted because someone with a badge decided I deserved a box2 N&O along with a VT with two counts, one count being used to threaten me with had I not shut up. To my surprise, he actually did write me up. That's what some cops do, and then they'll tell you its cheaper if you pay within 30 days. How about fuck u, I aint paying shit.
I look at my car and all I see is sadness and anger, I use to see freedom & religion. Every other week I looked forward in fixing up my car and doing the things we do as car enthusiasts. I look back and all I see was wasted efforts because it was all taken away.

I regret being in the position I was in which diverted my attention away from what I wanted to do. It saddens me to find people around me go back to smoking. Every hour spent on this unnecessary bullshit situation was one more hour taken from helping people and preserving a life saving technology.

This was my experience to say the least and with that being said, I don't expect anyone to listen, understand nor believe me because we all live different lives. But we have at least one thing in common, freedom from government control.

I have questions and I could use some help in court.

I read the whole report and its pretty fucked up. Especially this,

the operator and review the inspection date and

One part of the report was done improperly. They said the burden on car owners is not that bad because it's just some cost and inspection time and that there are thousands of inspection facilities open even on weekends in the lower mainland.

Totally forgetting that their own officers are designating where you can and can't go........

He's live on IG right now and mentioned they took his plates. Will need stock exhaust, suspension, wheels no stretch tires, remove front decals (they called them tint), also remove flares? Fenders are cut so that is going to be a challenge.

The officers (both on motorcycles) already knew no Porsche dealer will do it but suggested he can take it to Weissach. Tow bill was $277. Flat deck fee, lowered car fee, bridge fee, rush hour fee.

Saw a modded Civic getting a Box 1 on the way home. It was being loaded on a flatbed with plates removed. Cop was still there too. This was on 49th in front of Killarney. It was a police car so probably wasnt Cain as I believe he uses an unmarked truck.

I'm guessing the setup of his suspension system is what got him the Box 1.

Wonder if it's the same cop making a guy take his yellow tint off his headlights, Knight southbound underneath Bridgeport.
