I'm more right than CPC... lol... but nowhere near PPC.

TBH, most of the questions I answered "I don't know" because I just don't care. Monarchy? Trans people? I don't care, you do you. I don't have an opinion on it... lol

I'm in North York, you? Nah haven't made it out to any meets. Sold the s2k and R6 when we moved back from NorCal so I don't have anything fun to bring anyway. Am also looking forward to going back to Mosport (if it's called that anymore) with whatever I get next. It's been 14 years :).

Amazing logic there. Have you considered I purposely answered it in a way that would yield that result just for the lolz?

These two axis political compass tests are to politics what MBTI is to psychology.

Ok so you answered untruthfully for the "lolz"?

You're in your 40s and trolling on a forum, what is the point of that?

That's pathetic.

BIC_BAWS 04-16-2025 10:35 AM

He says he's in his late 20s, per different post.

whitev70r 04-16-2025 10:39 AM

I landed in the centre 4 squares and with Lib Party close by and Cons close by. So it might come down to my particular region and who might be a better MP to speak for constituents and/or hold the ruling party to account. Hint ... Gregor Robertson is the new star candidate where I live ... :suspicious:

If both Moonbeam and the Liberals win -- and by current projectsions, that will likely happen -- does RS think Carney will make Moonbeam a cabinet minister? and what portfolio would he be a good match for?

Well that makes a lot more sense.

westopher 04-16-2025 11:49 AM

He was taking photos at the 2004 RS meets at 8 years old?

CivicBlues 04-16-2025 01:13 PM

Yeah nothing about what this guy posts makes any sense. He's a troll in the truest sense of the word.

That's what I figured, from what I gathered he's in his 40's, at least.

We're all older dudes on here having some thought provoking discussion about politics and policy.

This guy is trolling like he's a teenager, I'm trying to get an understanding why someone at that age is motivated by that.

Manic! 04-16-2025 02:03 PM

I know he is backed by a bunch of rich people including Chip Wilson but they need to drop this guy.

I am in North York too but will be moving to Queen West in a month. I go to Mosport GP like 20x a year either with BMW CCA or JRP Speed Therapy or Driveteq. Come by!

Provincially: NDP in 2017, 2020, 2024
Federally: Liberal in 2015, NDP in 2019 and 2021

Mid-Late 20s.

Somehow the anime confederate flag girl ends up being the weirdest part of the video. Everything else is exactly what I would have expected from truck and (sounds of) driver.

They are not my photos. I used to browse Revscene and other car forums when I was young(I am turning 30 soon) and I saved photos of cars I thought were cool to my harddrive. There really isn't much more to this. A lot of this content and photos are completely lost on the internet so I thought it would be cool to remind people how the car scene was and how it evolved.

I am rolling my eyes here by how far off the mark you are. Your antipathy towards people who hold conservatives is dually noted.

You keep equivocating my comments in this thread to make me out as some sort of conservative extremist because I criticized Carney and refuse to vote for the Liberals that have fucked the economy up.

We are about one month in since he became PM and we have more tariffs on Canada than when he came to office. Amazing negotiation skills here, pal. I don't care about words. I only look at actions and results and I am not impressed so far.

JDMDreams 04-16-2025 04:26 PM

Only in Canada can you kill a few kids, flee the scene and go home drink a beer. :drunk:

The driver allegedly fled the scene, with police then tracking the suspect down about an hour later in a nearby neighbourhood. The suspect, a man in his 20s, was held in custody for several hours before being released without charges.

Hondaracer 04-16-2025 04:46 PM

He doesn’t deserve a severe punishment though. He only killed a 6 year old girl with her whole life ahead of her, maimed her siblings, and fled the scene.

I firmly believe precedent will rule out and our justice system will prevail. A strict 1-2 year sentence will suffice.

I have a friend who’s friends with that family. Needless to say this has and will destroy the entire family for the rest of their lives.

Hondaracer 04-16-2025 04:49 PM

lol reading the transcripts of the French debate, Trudeau lite in full force.

Funny how Blanchet echoed the EXACT same sentiments I’ve been touting

Quote:

“It’s the same ministers, the same cabinet, the same ideology, the same hostility towards Quebec values,” Blanchet said. “It’s not because you change the leader that the philosophy that you contributed to will change from one day to the next.”
He’s just the long term leader of an established political party though, he doesn’t know what he’s saying.

donk. 04-16-2025 05:29 PM

The way to avoid going to prison after a DUI accident, is you get out of your car, flee the scene, come back after the cops are there with/without a bottle in hand.

Once the cops ask you why you left, you state that you were stressed out after the accident, took the unopened bottle from your trunk, walked away, drank, came back.

Now its an accident, and not a DUI.......

Probably yes b/c Carney will want BC/Alberta representation in his cabinet and if you look at the candidates for BC there's not really anyone more qualified than Robertson for a cabinet gig (Jonathan Wilkinson from North Van is a cabinet minister and is likely to get re-elected I think).
