Canada cannot depend on NASA anymore for launching satellites or military assets into space. We are getting a space port in Canso, Nova Scotia.

Beyond the Maritime Launch Services agreement, Ottawa is injecting an initial $24.9 million into three domestic aerospace startups—NordSpace, Canada Rocket Company (CRC), and Reaction Dynamics (RDX). “Space is fundamental to modern military operations. The Canadian Armed Forces rely on space-enabled capabilities for everything from communications and navigation to awareness of the operating environment.
