^^ seriously dude - you should do it. curate some nice cars, not crazy expensive, but desirable and well kept. I've see guys try to do it, but at the end of the day they're all slimy. Become known for integrity and straight shooting.

We make fun of these guys for spit polishing 30k into cars - but they're living the dream, and it started with just a couple of cars.

What they're doing isn't wrong - they're making it easier to buy enthusiast cars without having to deal with crap, and people are willing to pay a premium for it. I'm not sure anybody in town is really doing that except maybe corcars

Very niche for a market like that. Rent and funding enough space to store/ display the cars will be a pain too.

Yeah, that's exactly it, the margin is small because I don't want to rip off fellow enthusiasts. Plus the shit we find cool are always cars that aren't too mainstream. The market is small. Craigslist goodbuys thread is the best thing there is to help each other.
