The way they pressure the puck in both zones I don’t remember watching ever They deserved to win the game and the series. The most upsetting thing though is that you only get so many chances and if we could find a way into the conference finals, who knows what would have happened :( |
We lost to the better team and The Refs didnt screw us. The only reason that makes this loss hard to swallow is that we had many opportunities to win this game. The better team doesnt always win and i was really hoping the Canucks were this years Cinderella story. |

I have a feeling if Boeser scored that one, Vancouver would steal the series. It's been Canucks strategy the last 3 games. Take the lead and shut it down. Well, Canucks were lucky in Game 5 to tie it up quickly and then eventually get the lead. Vegas didn't even have a chance to play shut down hockey with the lead. But definitely if Canucks took the lead again, Vegas would be on tilt the rest of the game. But while Canucks had so many chances, this series overall was dominated by Vegas. It's almost a miracle it even went to game 7. I've never seen hockey being played like the last 3 games in all my life of watching hockey. :fulloffuck: I thought, ok, game 5 was a lucky win, they won't keep it up. Then they did the same thing in game 6 and won. wtf. Then the same thing in game 7 again. TBH, I was kind of sick of watching this kind of hockey but I guess that's what Canucks had to do in order to stand a chance. Vegas really is on another tier. The entire Canuck team has to be so burnt out playing this style. It's so physically and mentally demanding. |
