Guess you're right Manic!, little Kyle does beat on girls. I don't know, no excuses for him, but I don't think the video says much. It does show that the kid is prone to violence though, and perhaps thinks he's a bit of a little bad ass. Like I said, there will be a postmortem on his cell phone activity, online presence, etc within the court case. I think it will clearly provide a picture that he never went down there to protect anything, and that his intentions were to use his weapon on someone, and get himself into a conflict. Watching all these videos though only adds to what I've been saying, we're in some real dangerous territory here. The difference between the HK protests are that at least you're dealing with a homogeneous population of Chinese people, so yes there is animosity, but it's not the same as what we're seeing in the US. |

George Floyd has now been found by the medical examiner to have taken a lethal overdose of Fentanyl. Defense for the Minneapolis officers has entered that as evidence along with the body cam footage which shows him with white substance in his mouth in his vehicle. It's now believed that he hid those drugs from police and accidentally ingested them while resisting arrest. Due to his pre-existing health conditions the dosage was fatal. Did the one officer kneel on his neck for too long? Absolutely, but it will be proven beyond a reasonable doubt that it was not the sole cause of death. They rushed to charge all those officers before doing a thorough investigation and now they've been over-charged meaning they will likely walk after charges are dropped or plead down to maybe manslaughter and he'll get time served and defamation. This was false based on redacted documents. My bad. Jacob Blake is a rapist pedophile that resisted arrest and reached for a weapon in his vehicle. The Aunt of the 14 year old girl that he raped posted about it all on Twitter. The response? Twitter SUSPENDED HER ACCOUNT! https://twitter.com/lifeisasoph https://i.imgur.com/8tHBFRC.jpg https://i.imgur.com/dBEtetR.jpg This piece of shit getting shot sparked more riots of ignorance in Kenosha which leads us to this Kyle kid. By the letter of the law he is guilty of open carrying as a minor but he was within his right to self defense for every shot he took, even if he wasn't supposed to have the firearm. Do they intend to charge him as an adult for murder or as a minor for the firearms infraction? Can't do both. He'll also essentially walk. There now appear to be witness testimonies being released and an autopsy report that show the little guy who was thought to be the first victim wasn't even killed by the kid! Kyle's rifle shot was a grazing head wound (which makes sense given the lack of blood pouring out of the guys head in the video) after he tried to take the rifle and that he was actually shot multiple times in the back by someone else from a different direction. The mob chased the kid down and assaulted him with deadly force and intent as a result. I implore everyone to look all this up for themselves, including the criminal records of the 'victims' in all this. Due diligence and critical thinking instead of emotional reaction would have saved lives and billions in property damage. We are in very dangerous territory for sure, that we agree on. The danger has risen from ignorance, jumping to conclusions, virtue signalling, and violent protest / rioting by the far left. Glad all the woke athletes, most of which never even finished college, are boycotting games and wearing the names of rapists on their jerseys and helmets. What a fucking embarrassment. https://bloximages.newyork1.vip.town...size=750%2C409 |
$1000 for JD¹³ or anyone who can last 8 minutes and 15 seconds with my knee on there neck. 100% serious. |

Again, you are letting emotions and personal opinions/prejudice get in the way. You'd rather ignore pieces of evidence because it doesn't support your ideology, or BLM as a whole. And you would clearly send a person to jail even if there's reasonable doubt because that fits your opinion. That's what's so fucked up about so many BLM supporters here. Truth or evidence doesn't matter when it doesn't support their narrative. You believe that you are on the right side of the choice, when in fact, you ignore what's "right" in the first place. |

I don't do drugs and drugs affect people differently. Whats a lethal dose for one person is not for another. If you think having a knee on a person's neck for 8 minutes will not kill them you can win a $1000. Also, emotiions have nothing to do with this. Cops should not be killing unarmed people. |
Fucking gun owners man. You love to spew shit about "responsible" gun ownership and then try and defend this Kyle kid. "Well by the letter of the law he shouldn't have even had a gun on him but he was well within his right to use it" lol WTF? Hypocrites, you don't give a fuck about being responsible it's all about who's holding the gun and who's on the receiving end of it. |

The point is they were ALL in the wrong, and it never should have gotten to the point where people were destroying property in "protest" and a 17 year old idiot felt he needed to go protect that property because the authorities failed to maintain order. Apparently you don't like those facts, too bad. Thanks for projecting what I do and don't care about though :alone: |

Yeah I looked it up on Google....All the Twitter info and photo point to right-wing extremist websites and garbage facebook groups. If this was accurate, wouldn't you expect this to be all over the major news agencies who are covering this? |

Once again not directing this right at you, but how many of these same people fighting for Kyle would have kept their mouths shut or condemned him if his name was Kareem? |

I'm not here to cape for Jacob Blake, I don't know the man, I am only judging the police's actions to him. I've always said, there are far worse examples of police brutality that we're not even discussing anymore, and that's the problem with people like yourself. You want to debate each example as if it's singular, without taking into account the vast amount of other examples. We're not even talking about Ahmaud Arbery any longer. You'd rather get caught up in the character assassination in every scenario, looking for the argument that fits, meanwhile completely ignoring the other 10 examples where the character assassination doesn't work. I find that highly convenient. Please cite your "reports" defending Kyle, there are witness saying the contrary: https://www.jsonline.com/story/news/...ld/5656907002/ There are multiple first hand witnesses indicating Kyle was aggressive, and pointing his weapon at people, looking to engage into some type of interaction with protesters. At the end of the day, we'll see the full story in the court of law. By the way, I love how you bring up trying him as a minor, or an adult. You've raised another item in which why we're pissed off, and looking to address these problems. Seeing as Kyle is white, he likely will be tried as a minor in fact. https://www.wnyc.org/story/black-kid...-be-explained/ https://www.sentencingproject.org/pu...s-and-arrests/ As of 2013, black juveniles were more than four times as likely to be committed as white juveniles, Americans Indian juveniles were more than three times as likely, and Hispanic juveniles were 61 percent more likely. Louisville Teens Charged As Adults Are Almost Always Black https://wfpl.org/kycir-punished-loui...-always-black/ Given the above statistics, Kyle will be tried as a minor, if he was black, I wouldn't doubt he'd be tried as an adult. Yet another perfect example of disparity, I'm laughing you'd even bring up that idea, without knowing the rampant disparity and easy example to show yet another problem with the justice system within the US. You know JD13, you really do encapsulate what people think about parts of the Canadian military, given your stance on these subjects. https://www.thechronicleherald.ca/ne...onduct-418569/ https://globalnews.ca/news/6183688/c...groups-report/ Makes me truly wonder how many guys in the forces share your mentality and such sentiments. |

EDIT - And this brings full circle my original questions about the BLM organization. What are they doing to combat all this? Why are they not pushing campaigns outlining all this information to aid in reform? If they are why are they not publishing it and showing their financials? Do they donate to The Sentencing Project? They'd get a lot more support. The last part of your post is just a truly stupid statement I'm not even going to bother responding to. BCEDHK - I wouldn't exactly call public court listings right-wing extremist websites. As you can see here Blake had an arrest warrant issued 7 July, 2020: https://wcca.wicourts.gov/caseDetail...0&mode=details |
Snopes looked into the Jacob Blake claims https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/ja...ssault-charge/ He's not been charged with raping a child, but he was charged with serious crimes, including sexual assault, against his ex girlfriend He was also charged in the past for resisting arrest, brandishing a weapon, etc back in 2015, but those charges were dropped |
The idea that it's OK for the cops to shoot someone in the back 7 times because "as it turns out, he had committed crimes in the past" is pretty :fulloffuck: |
He was shot in the back because he resisted arrest after officers attempted to use non lethal force (taser), not once but twice, to detain him for the warrants he had, then ignoring lawful commands, retrieved a knife from his vehicle, where children were present. His prior arrests don't make it "ok". But they give context into the level of threat that he posed. Given his actions, the fact that non lethal force was futile, the environment, and his history, i don't see what other choice they had. |

No charges against the officers involved in Breonna Taylor's death. Things are going to blow up now. KY Attorney General: - Police announced their presence - they were not serving a no-knock warrant. - Boyfriend admits to hearing the police knock on the door. A neighbour witnessed the officers announcing their presence. Boyfriend opened the door and opened fire on the officers. The officers then fired back. Breonna was hit in the crossfire, not sleeping. Unfortunate circumstances with tragic results. I can see why the money was awarded. I can also see why no charges were brought for her death. |

Really wish I could triple underline words like "death" for the resident troll. I was strictly discussing the shooting death of Breonna Taylor's. The people aren't going to be rioting over "wanton endangerment after shooting into an apartment next door." People aren't shouting "Say Her Name: wanton endangerment after shooting into an apartment next door!!!" |

I would like to see the body cam footage. |

This is why no knock warrants save lives. The perpetrators. She'd probably be alive right now if it were actually implemented that day. |
This is the '2nd wave' equivalent. 1st is when the incident happens, 2nd is when the verdict of not guilty is given. There will be more 2nd waves ... very hard to convict , just wait for it. |
