min payment is $25 LOL... holy crap... dude has no shame is just keep pushing boundaries. going to the US is hilarious... my friend is in house arrest with bracelet, as long as he has a guarantor he can apply to go anywhere. 1 day vacation is fine as long as its within the province. |
What's impressive is he isn't afraid of the law, and I speculate it's because he knows he cant get away with a few slaps on the wrist. This is probably all the judge can do and he pushed his boundaries as far as he could. |

I've been lucky the past few visits, got a parking spot almost immediately :lol My favourite memory was going to Richmond Costco during snow storm and parking lot was basically empty. |
Downtown costco got some new grub to try. Both doesnt look that appealing https://i.postimg.cc/1zZPRRWN/IMG-4903.jpg Chicken and waffles.. neither the chicken nor the waffles look great. https://i.postimg.cc/tTqjPSGq/IMG-4904.jpg These perogies look terrible. i thought they were some sort of a fish. image uploader free |
that chicken and waffles looks awful as well.. how do you even reheat that.. toast up the waffle and chicken separately and then put the coleslaw back after? the least they can do is separate the slaw.. |
I tried the pierogies and they aren't bad - they are overdressed with sauce (so probably massive calories) but they are fine. My top pre-made meal choices at Costco are the shawarma meat/pita platter, the lasagna and the pot pie - the perogies probably fall around the same place as the tempura prawn taco tray (middle tier). |
ya'll should try the bacon and chicken mac and cheese. thats the best thing they have!! the mac is very al dente |

from the picture I first thought they were ice cream sandwiches. |
I'll give Costco credit for correctly spelling Pierogi |
Also the price, $25?!?! You could go to Yolks, Jam, OEB, any of those spots for chicken and waffles for the same price, but fresh and delicious. |
Yea I looked at those waffles and perogies yesterday and quickly moved on, grabbed the staple chicken pot pie, easy and the kids love it. Pairs well with the greek pasta salad they have too. The tiramisu box thing is actually pretty solid if you have a few people for dessert or are wanting to be a fat pos and eat it all yourself. |
the premade costco quesadillas are pretty darn good, picked them up a couple weeks ago and pan-fried them and I was impressed. |
for me costco lasagna is hands down best frozen lasagna |
Heard Costco food court has a new food item, Montreal smoke meat sandwich for $7.99 |
went to Richmond Costco for the first time last week... was unloading my groceries in the whip with a lady waiting for my spot... another lady reverses into her trying to leave her spot lol. also scored this fast & furious R34 GTR skyline RC car for $30 off the website.. pretty fun toy for the price. https://www.costco.ca/1%3A10-fast-%2...000216759.html |

Richmond Costco was a fucking gong show compared to Poco location, holy shit. Easily 5x at many people. The lineup for cashier stretched all the way to the bakery. I'll give them credit though, it moved very quickly. They even pre-scanned some customer's items. |
They had montreal smoked meat sandwiches a few years ago. I want to say before covid. I never tried it and I see it's back. |
I see at times Schwartz's Deli meat on sale and it's not bad. Saves me a trip and a 15 min line up LOL. |
i honestly think that montreal smoked meat is the most overrated piece of shit sandwich in the world. Whats the difference between smoked meat and regular old pastrami? its the same shit! leave it to those quebec fuckers to try and pretend they made something original. |

You're right about the Montreal smoked meat. It is overrated. tastes about the same as Pastrami haha. Montreal smoked meat: softer, melt in your mouth texture. The meat is steamed for a softer texture. Pastrami: firmer and chewier texture. Smoked meat, then baked or boiled. The spices used in either Pastrami or Montreal smoked meat are pretty much the same. Garlic, mustard seed, etc. |
Oh, I wished I had seen this thread earlier. I literally just got back from a Costco run and while waiting for a hot dog, the lady at the food counter gave me an unclaimed Montreal Smoked Meat sandwich. I'd have to agree that it's not very good and I would not pay the $7.99 or whatever they are asking for it. Edit: Wow, 31,000th post. |
Unclaimed mystery meat sandwich!? thats the best ghetto freebie story ever. HERE YOU TAKE IT !!!! since nobody else wants it. |
