Yah he was just a cocky little guy trying to dance around and didn't ever see his teammates when he was here... I don't think it would have ever worked out here for him, so no point in crying over it.

The issue with him was he needed to play a number of years in the AHL, it's pretty obvious he was thrown into the show way too early and took until now to show his true potential. Same thing with Jake even tho he has a negative percent hockey IQ but playing in the minors would of helped him more then anything.
That's the major issue with previous years is the player development was next to non-existent. Now with everything that's happening with the Abby Canucks and the Sedin's working with all the players we will see the young players possible potential and it gives them the best chance to succeed when they get called up to the big club.

Well Bowness was endearing with his team ... even if true, to say it after losing a series. You gotta know how to massage the multi-millionaire's ego. I think Jets players will start to tune him out and not play for him ... look for him as 1st coach next year to get fired if they don't fire him in the off season. | |
