I'm amazed there was no repercussions for Chicago with the sexual assault case.
Arizona lost a first and second rounder for talking to draftees early. Meanwhile Chicago covers up sexual assault for over a decade and gets Bedard a year after the news first surfaces.
Really? I didn't expect to get Bedard, but Chicago going first is just too convenient. No draft picks moved up except for Chicago.

They didn't just trade away their last star for nothing, of course a large market like that is going to get their replacement star.

Yeah, I read they invite media during the actual lotto and it's audited by an outside accounting firm, so it's pretty legit.
We just like saying it's rigged because it's easier to blame the NHL than to face reality, lol.
