riding in port co on my gixxer 6, this idiot lady with a van cut across the center line in the middle of a long sweeper turn. i had to stand the bike up to avoid her and i hit the curb. ass over tea kettle. thought i broke my legs or my back but i wasn't as bad. i called the po po, firemen showed up. they were small dudes, i was delirious so i thought they looked like clowns coming out of a small red car. first set of fire people couldnt do anything with me but put a brace on my neck. one dude was cutting my pants for some reason. backup fire people came and it took 6 of them to lift my ass on to the stretcher.

i think i yelled out WEAK while they were doing it, but as i said i was a bit delirious.

got to the hospital and they somehow called my wife. i recall a very cross climate 2 eye brow lady looking at me. she banned me from riding afterwards but i still bought a vespa like 10 years later.

This pretty much sums up my thoughts. But if I could be the bad guy for a moment, how do you determine what is right and wrong for your children?

As you can see in this thread, there are multiple "themes" if you will, on where people stand on certain topics. I would like to believe (emphasis on believe) that I am a pretty open minded and liberal person in general, and I let things, people, and ideas live and let live.

There will be certain topics or ideas that hit close to home and I clam up and pull out my conservative card, but I keep that to myself until someone crosses that line, and in general, my line is pretty hard to cross. While others may easily get triggered (and that's okay.) At the end of the day, I don't impose and open to agreeing and respecting to other peoples thoughts and ideas.
