He's an AHL level goalie, and has played exactly to that level so far. No better, no worse

He’s got a shutout in the post season and has won a game against the team with the best PP in the history of the league, I don’t get what you’re getting at with him. He’s playing WAY above expectations given his resume and circumstances.

Silovs is constantly out of position, dropping his stick, facing the wrong direction, giveaways behind the net... He's been cleanly beat 6 times in the first half of this game alone (7 if you count him grabbing the shooter's stick to prevent a shot), but 4 of them have hit the post. So we're up 3-2

These are all things that young inexperienced goalies do, and we shouldn't be surprised by. We also shouldn't pretend it doesn't happen. I doubt any of the teams would look at Silovs and go "yeah that's the guy we need in net for a deep Stanley Cup run". Canucks have no other choice though. Yes he's in the second round, and has a shutout. So does Stuart Skinner and you all shit on him constantly lol

Most goals Silovs gave up he had little chance on. Most goals Skinner's gave up he was just bad.
