DOPS protecting McDavid because his team won't LUL Fuckers |
It's pretty obvious the crosscheck to the face was a result of Z pushing McDavid from behind and lurching forward so I don't imagine anything substantial will come from it but who knows with McCrybaby involved. |
I'm surprised nothing has come out of the incident between Bennett and Marchand. We all know the NHL loves the Bruins... |
NHL discipline is an absolute joke. Double standards in this league for the super star players and the regular players. If a player breathes on McBaby, it's a penalty. In person hearing for Soucy as a result of McChicken instigating the incident is bias against our Canucks players and favour towards one of the league's superstars. Department of Player Safety can be called the Department of Player Favoritism if you ask me. |
Car flags are also 2 for $30 at the team store if your hitting up the viewing party Ended up grabbing the Canucks Dragon skate logo hoody as well lol |
Why couldn't Cole have been involved with that end of game scrum with McDavid and Cole gets a suspension ... win win. |

I don't understand how they never suspended Bennett for a obvious punch to the head to Marchand. I'm happy it happened but still that is way worse then what happened to Mcbaby. I betcha if it was a Canucks player that did that there would be a suspension. |

Don't know why the league wants to suspend Soucy. It's not his fault Zadorov pushed him so he ended up eating stick. Soucy probably meant to give him a shove to the chest. This just goes to show that the league fucking hates Vancouver. |
|
Can Cole take the meeting instead? The league has figured out how to let EDM win. If they can take out Soucy, Cole will have to play more minutes. |
Arturs Silovs now has more playoff wins than Thatcher Demko. Silovs is sixth all-time among #Canucks goalies in playoff wins. |
it's crazy Demko has only played one playoff game and of course thats the one he got hurt in |

He’s also got the 3rd best save % of any goalie still remaining, backup or otherwise. |
At this point, if Demko is healthy do we keep Silovs in net? Going to the viewing party at Rogers tomorrow. I'm getting pretty hyped for it. Reminds me of going to Edgewater during the Olympics in 2010 and watching it there. Looking forward to it. |

I would also ride Silovs until he has a bad game or 2 and they lose then throw Demko back in. |
Same. You gotta keep Silov in until he has a bad game. |
I'd definitely roll with Silovs this series until he gave a reason to switch it up. Next series if Demko is 100% is a bit more of a toss up, maybe keep Silovs until they lose? At some point Demko has to play unless Silovs is stealing games for us. I guess DeSmith is toast once Demko is back? |
Silovs has taken the backup roll next year 100% Which is great given the cap savings we will realize from that over desmith |
If you go back and watch the games DeSmith played, you can see a big difference. Not only does Silovs have the size advantage, he is more technically sound. DeSmith is good but is often seen swimming after committing too hard on the first chances. He finds himself out of position on 2nd and 3rd opportunities whereas Silovs doesn't lose the net so easily. |
Silovs Conn Smythe trophy winner :concentrate: |
