Wow, so many fights in this game against Buffalo so far.
Once Miller hit Dahlin with his elbow, the game is becoming chippy with Buffalo players initiating fights.

anyone else notice a lot more people wearing their canucks merch? it's like we've had closet fans who are only now willing to show their support for the team. and i don't mean bandwagoners, those will show up just before the playoffs.

I haven't been to a live Canucks game in a while. Are the lower bowl still bought by corporate? I remembered it used to be called the suit and tie area lol. The real fans were in the upper bowl. The suit couldn't be bothered watching the game. More for business networking lol.

I was in lower bowl for Luongo's ring of honour night. It didn't seem like it was filled with business types. I think with the team doing so terribly for so long, people no longer wanted to be at the games. And thus, the business types stopped buying the tickets. I had a good time, everyone around me was focused on watching the game and talking to each other.

I went for Bieksa's retirement and I felt like the crowd was a bit livelier than before, but I also went to all my games during the dead era.

I cancelled my TV and subbed for Sportsnet+ Premium instead.
Comes with NHL Center Ice for access to pretty much all the hockey games, and I can watch them on my Samsung TV, my computer and my phone.
Less value during the summer since no hockey, but it might be an excuse for me to start watching baseball.
It was like $223.99 after tax with a promo code - $18.66 a month.
If you have a Bet365 account, you can stream certain games too if you have money in your account + made a bet, lol. It's how I was watching Canucks game in Taiwan since Sportsnet+ didn't work.
