Does Taylor Swift use a ruler to write? How tf is her writing so straight.

And at first I thought you meant little tay killed someone...

Apparently they didn't allow water into the venue nor did they have free water stations.

Also, how do you come back and do a show when someone literally died the week before because of you. That's fucked.

I read that she cancelled a few shows in Brazil and had to stay in Brazil a little bit longer ... most importantly, she won't be at the KC game tonight which means Philly will win.

Time’s Person of the Year for 2023.

https://time.com/6342806/person-of-t...-taylor-swift/

Read the article and see why she’s on the cover of Time Magazine’s Person of the Year. Outstanding.

My 4 year old loves Taylor so therefore I listen to her a lot now (and I liked her music anyways) but I've taken to learning more about her and the more I read the more I'm impressed with her as a person, an artist, and a businesswoman.

Im more impressed at her journey. I think she deserves everything she has accomplished. Having said that , it’s just a matter of time before something ends it all.

No signs of drugs, alcohol, or suicidal tendencies, or health issues, thank god. There’s always the possibility of a crazy fan.

That was not always the case. She also fought Scooter Braun, Kanye and Kim, Spotify, and the Republican party beating them all. That's no small feat.

She also has a massive set of balls.

This is her talking about republican marsha blackburn.

Yah… cuz she’s famous and big/rich enough to be able to play hardball in her own industry.

She doesn’t need to worry about what she’s going to eat tomorrow no matter what happens.

Money and power easily corrupts the best of us so while it makes some things easier (like you said, she doesn't worry about her next meal) it makes other things a LOT harder. She could easily choose to be an industry villain or choose to hide her politics to chase money (Michael Jordan said that even Republicans buy shoes) but she hasn't done any of that. Lots of billionaires are assholes (witness most owners of major sports teams) and she's definitely not one of them.

Considering she's spent more than half her life under the spotlight it's remarkable how grounded she is and how few legit beefs people can make about her. She's a great role model for my daughter.

I get it, I just don't think just choosing to be a nice person is something to be revered lol

and if it is.. it says something about our society.

Being nice is hard being an asshole makes you president.

For a whole year, she lived in another country in a rented house and stopped taking phone calls because 2 of the largest celebrities in the world went after her. Look where she is now and look where they are now.

Quote:
It was a bleak moment. “You have a fully manufactured frame job, in an illegally recorded phone call, which Kim Kardashian edited and then put out to say to everyone that I was a liar,” she says. “That took me down psychologically to a place I’ve never been before. I moved to a foreign country. I didn’t leave a rental house for a year. I was afraid to get on phone calls. I pushed away most people in my life because I didn’t trust anyone anymore. I went down really, really hard.”

I don't think she's being revered for being nice - I admire her for her work ethic, her humility, her business smarts, her willingness to fight for herself, her musical talent, her strength, and number of other traits.

At her age (33) I was not even a sliver of what she is today.

If you’re a billionaire you stepped on and likely crushed hundreds if not thousands of people to get there.

Because you’re nice on TV isn’t some sort of bar to look up to lol.. don’t let your kids idolize billionaire celebrities, the world is dumb enough as it is.

Eat the rich!

Except Taylor Swift. Yassss Queen! Slaaaayyyy

I guess if my dad (who's a Merrill Lynch stock broker worth $80million and comes from a long lineage of bank president generations) bought a 3% stake in a record company and signed me on, while paying for music lessons until I 'understood pop music', yeah I think I'd do pretty good too.

Not saying the money exclusively got me famous but you can't deny it helped. Just need to hire a good (and expensive) ghost team to make it seem like I accomplish everything on my own and therefore become the new moral compass for all humanity!

Didn't you support trump a billionaire celebrity who is also a crook who cheated on his wife's.

Taylor's a billionaire because millions of people go see her live and by her music and merch. Unlike trump she actually pays her employees and gives them massive bonuses.

Some people just can't stand to see a women shine.

Looking up to someone doesn't mean overlooking their warts, it just means there's something about them that you admire. I have private and public figures that I've grown up admiring and sometimes, idolizing - none of them were perfect people but all did something that made me want to be more like them whether it be my dad or Steve Jobs (I was a silent screaming inside fan girl when I stood in the lobby of Apple HQ when Steve swung by).

I never knew she was a nepo baby, makes complete sense now.

I'll reiterate my original comments, Taylor Swift is EXTREMELY overrated. The machine behind her is immense.
