FWIW I don't like the apartments by RC, my sister's got a place there
"onsite skytrain" is a 10-15 minute walk
"gym" thank god has a 3D smith machine, even if it doesn't have woodway/curve/adaptive treadmills
"45k sqft outdoor sky garden" is just all concrete, almost no landscaping
"fitness facility" has no sauna, steam room, heated/hot yoga
"private music room" has no music equipiment in it
