Dale! Baby.
That was a good day for sure, those ladies were pouring bottles down our throats all day, a cocaine filled gong show (I did not partake in that part)
On a side note, Merida is awesome and was a wicked drive out there from Playa Del Carmen, very much recommend that city. I plan to work remotely there for a month or so later this year.
We ended up off the grid a few times along the way stopping in some villages with no cell phone reception in the middle of nowhere chasing random cenotes, local guys were saying I looked like "Cartel De Santa", I disagreed

Also check out Campeche nearby if you haven't already

It certainly felt like it, cops everywhere, felt VERY safe.

Post whistler weekend bender, hangover run on 0 sleep quality.
132BPM, lets goooo, accidentally saved the first 3.36KM of the run @ 5min pace uphill, previous PR was 21.5KM total
Overall, knees hurts at KM 17-30.5 + core cramped at KM 6-11. cardio was a non issue, just a matter of knee pain / quad cramp.
Gotta spam bulgarian split squats to push through knee pain, idk how I'm gonna run +70KM on top of this, the knee pain was whack

Well done~!

seems like the only true fix is to start really early 5-7AM wake-up, then PTFO by 9:30-10:30PM but that doesn't really work socially when you're tryna date in mid to late 20's

Sure, they might have a "high paying job" (relative to Vancouver average) but most of them are broke AF.
