they are monthly rental spots and prob no one is renting it therefore its free, just leave a note saying "contracter on site and will leave shortly" and be sure to leave your # so they will call you just in case they call the tow truck on you. You can mostly get away with it for at least a month before they notice your car.

the place i told u abt doesnt belong to ubc, u must have parked on UBC property (wrong place) therefore u got ticketed. Was your ticket a UBC ticket or a private company ticket?

Depends definitely. At my school, I'm taking human anatomy/o-chem for bio .. faired out much better than the winter students so far.. As far as my business courses are going, I'm getting mashed with tons of finals and presentations, plus papers... Talk to people who have taken it already would be my best advice. Some courses are easier, some are harder if you have to learn it so quickly and can't absorb the info as well.

one thing i noticed while driving to UBC everyday is that the light at 16th avenue and southwest Marine drive changes quite fast so if u see cars waiting, you can be sure that the light is gona change (super responsive) meaning u shud let go off the gas and prepare to brake.
