EP40 has a wicked one timer of a slapshot. He needs to use his slapshot more in order to generate scoring chances. I know that Hronek also has a strong slapshot.

Perhaps put Petey and Hronek on different power play units so that you have a point man with a strong one timer for each unit.

Garland made great plays tonight to set up goals. He helped drive the offence.

Bieksa made some comments after the game that Petey is looking to make the safe play, the safe pass in order to prevent turnovers.

Maybe Petey should rely more on his offensive instincts in order to generate scoring chances?

The one thing that I noticed during tonight’s game was Petey in front of the Sharks’ net during power plays. That is a good place for him to be on the PP instead of being on the side boards.

Yeah, I think that Petey needs to talk to the coach about having the team doctors look at a possible injury.

It is what thing for a hockey player to be "tough", suck it up, and play through an injury.

However, if Petey's game is suffering big time because of an injury, then he should not play games. Get the proper treatment for the injury and give time for his body to heal.
