Ya SS does not deserve the shit reviews.

Not perfect but damn that was a good time. Harley/deadshot/diablo stole the show. Waler is a bad ass. A lot of laughs in the audience throughout.

Go watch it.

Last 3 movies I saw were

Suicide Squad 5/10 (Loved some of the characters but movie as a whole was not that great. I can forgive crappy plots for movies like these based on entertainment level but didn't feel that engaged even from that standpoint)

X-Men 6/10

BvS - 7/10

Suicide Squad Cheap Tuesday movie special
6.5/10

It wasn't that bad, the plot was kinda dull. I think there was quite a bit of screen time for deadshot and his history. Well I guess its because its Will Smith and he's a star actor.

The joker in this movie was alright too. Different take of the character. Still worth a shot to see the movie.
Spoiler!

Train To Busan 7/10
In terms of Korean summer movies, it's a decent watch. Viewers of only western content may be more disappointed.

Suicide Squad 6/10
Not as bad as reviewers are making it out to be. Comic book fans should find it satisfying, average movie goers a little less. Screentime is quite unevenly distributed, some characters are unnecessary.

Sausage Party 7/10
Unapologetically offensive and grotesque. Pushes the boundaries of acceptable humour far beyond any previous Rogen movie, yet it also has tender moments of childish puns. Even though it has a rather overt message about beliefs and death, it's written in quite nicely.

Sausage Party. Smart with the religious and political writing. Does rely on juvenile jokes to keep itself going, but overall enjoyable to watch, despite shit getting turned up to 100 at the end visually.

8/10

Sausage party 10/10 funniest movie I have ever watched. It was so ridiculous and awesome. Smoke a fatty before you go to make it even more epic.

Kilo Two Bravo - 9/10

A lot more tense than I expected...well executed and probably one of the better "war" movies out there.

That movie is fucked up. I found it hard to watch at times because it depicts war in a way you don't usually see on screen. Had to turn on subtitles midway through because too many of those guys had a thick UK accent.

Ben Hur 3/10

The two action sequences were actually pretty cool. Not nearly enough to make up for the rest of the movie though.

I don't recall the original movie at all, but the Jesus stuff in this one had me chuckling. The final scene actually made me laugh out loud.

Sleeping Giant

6/10

I listened to a radio interview of the director, and he was very passionate about the film.

It's a story about adolescent youth. It's about a family that goes to their summer vacation home and they have a young son. He meets up and befriends 2 other boys. They go through typical crazy summer things. Late elementary, early high school. I think they're supposed to be grade 9 in the film. Smoking pot, random violence, fighting, chasing girls, doing stupid things.

Straight up honesty, I couldn't relate directly to it, but a lot of my white friends in elementary/high school were exactly like this.

I wanted to like it. The build up was interesting but I felt let down by the end of it. Movie seemed too long with some things pointlessly drawn out. Biggest gripe for me was feeling nothing for the characters. It started high and ended low for me. I called out a couple of key events before they happened. I didn't predict the ending but I predicted the key event before the final sequence of events.

6/10

Love psychological movies but this one was too much Hollywood, little psychology.

Spoiler!
