that's some sick progress man. I remember when I was squatting 225lbs (not too long ago) and had to deal with a host of knee and hip injuries (had hip surgery done on me twice as a kid). Didn't accept any excuses and I'm now squatting alot more than I ever thought I would

Finally hit dem 100lbs on incline press. 2 sets 5reps

I remember i was only repping out 80's 4months ago.

I gave deficit deadlifts a try today and I loved how I could load my hamstrings compared to conventional deads. I think I'll give them a month or two and switch back to normal and hopefully my speed off the floor and overall numbers improve.

checked out steve nash on lougheed (brentwood)

pros:
- lots of dumbbells
- huge gym with kettlebells and battle ropes
- lots of hot chicks

cons:
- only 1 cage (and lame as squat rack)
- dont have regular pull up bars, just the angled shit (cant do muscle ups)
- lots of douche bags (fuckers mirin/staring)


oh yeah, the dumbbells went up to 120lbs. was able to get 6 reps flat bench press

Same shit with Granville Steve Nash. One power rack and one squat rack that's too high to go atg. Then u have the bastards doing curls and shrugs in them. one leg press too.....how I miss golds gym.

went to Brentwood steve nash for a couple years, got so sick of it and started to go to bcit & revs instead. it was pretty shitty that they only have one power rack, but the gym was decent when they first opened. Its just way too crowded now, people go there who don't even live in the area, always see large groups of douche bags who just take up space, and don't even get me started on the parking. The only thing decent about that gym now is the hot chicks
