I was on SL 5x5 for about 18 weeks
Bench - 205
Bar row - 185
overhead press 160 (does using ur legs mean cheating?)
squats - 355
DL - 335

then I tore my effing rotator cuff and now i feel like poo trying to recover....

7seven: I really can't stand all these idiots who hit the gym now just because they watched 300 and want to be like a spartan. Case in point, this skinny guy comes into the gym the other day, must have only weighed ~ 140lbs, loads on 2 plates on the bench rack, mutters to himself, for sparta, unracks the barbell and proceeds to drop it directly on his chest.

If you use your legs it's not an overhead press, it's a push press. Nothing wrong with that, as long as push press is what you're trying to do Weight with push press will be much higher than a normal press

on way to gym rite now deadlift day lats are sore as fuck tho
is there a higher chance of pulling ur back if deadlifting with sore lats? was planning on attempting 1rm today

good chest n tri's days. felt weak tho hadnt gone gym the last 4 days.
was mirin' some white guys who dont look all huge and shit, but very toned/decent build, and they were benching 2 plates + 35 each side

FML. Stuck at the gym waiting for the only squat rack. Buddy that couldn't hit depth with 3 plates is now doing set after set of 4 plate quarter squats.
