Anyone else spot the lunar eclipse last night? I randomly woke up at 4am and there was only a small reddish sliver of the moon showing.

yea, it really wasn't that exciting...let me tell you. Definitely a waste of an hour of sleep, but we had cookies and hot chocolate! :) hahah

I thought they were going to do away with the orca, but they managed to combine the classic jersey with the recent one... I'm still undecided if I'll like this one.

I didn't take that picture! I was only awake for 5 minutes to see it.. nowhere near enough time to go outside and setup a shot with tripod and all!

same here. I do like that they got rid of those colours. I think I would've made the orca bit with green/blue/white instead of black/white. I don't think I like the VANCOUVER much.

I didn't think of it when I was living in Manchester and travelled to Germany/Czech Rep./Poland, and only brought back 1 litre of cheap Polish vodka. I probably should have known seeing as I was there studying International Economics and dealing mainly with the EU and its policies. :stupid:
