Ya I know. You get a complement because these are actually nice. Not sure how much photoshopping you did, but it looks like you stayed away from the sharpening

that just means my other ones aren't nice... then again, this time out, i wanted to find different placements and locations that would set the pictures off since automotive pictures can end up getting so repetitive. less sharpening for all my pictures now and more attention to separate colors. i'm learning or trying to. :)

awesome first shot! Your name is a little to bold in the frame, perhaps try a light gray for the color, or a font that's not as heavy. mayby play around with fixing the grass horizon so it's level.

lovely colours and location.

i'll play around with a smaller font size and a different color as you suggested. as for the grass horizon, it goes up like that. if i was to level it, the car and soccer net would be tilted :p

i know the grass is naturally sloped, but my suggestion is to correct the stupid earth. and no, the car doesn't have to be tilted, it's photoshop man, you can do anything you want.

niforpix 07-04-2007 10:38 PM

I dunno about this one... What do you guys think? It was just a quick snap shot since I got my car washed :P But something tells me I don't have an eye for cars like some of you guys do...

Nice pic, except it makes your Dodge look like a Subaru. Weird angle, that.

Soundy, always the joker.

niforpix 07-05-2007 08:07 AM

Hmm... now I see why no one gets his jokes... :p
Anyway, is it a weird angle? What could I have been done better? Any suggestions?

Soundy 07-05-2007 08:09 AM

No, just a weird angle because it made your Dodge look like a Subaru :)

It was actually a pretty good shot, could even see your reflection in the nice shiny fender :)

It's a SUBARU, DAMN IT!!!!! :D j/k

I looked at the other "random" shots I took, but this one was best, and like you said, almost no reflection in the fender :)

MikesJo 07-05-2007 10:19 AM

It's too normal of a shot nifro :(.

niforpix 07-05-2007 12:43 PM

Damn, I knew it... :(

MikesJo 07-05-2007 01:31 PM

You can try different angles. Just don't go crazy extreme and take it upside down or something :) haha.

niforpix 07-05-2007 01:34 PM

Haha upside down lol That's awesome... I'll get couple ropes and hang from the tree above and get a "bird's eye view" shot lol

MikesJo 07-05-2007 03:28 PM

Or you could use a ladder...lol.

niforpix 07-05-2007 04:45 PM

Ladder is not "extreme" enough :p
