Let me take a wild guess.. E34 M5

What I don't like is the AUTO :(

Senna4ever 10-03-2007 11:24 PM

M cars are not auto.

Mananetwork 10-03-2007 11:25 PM

^^ Maybe it's an aftermarket steering wheel, because the damn thing says //M on it

First time shooting in RAW, and I don't have any real lighting equipment so I used a 2 million candle power spotlight diffused with a 4L milk jug pointed towards the roof.

Dude you did a really good job on that photo. It's an E34 5 series. Don't know if it's an ///M or not. Definately CLEAN. Let's see some exterior shots. Damn the interior looks mint. Yours?

It's not an aftermarket wheels, it's an ///M-tech wheel. I have the same one on my E30 just a different dimension. Small like that too :).

Looks clean. He needs to drop it and add on some of those M exterior parts :). Which model 5 is it? And is that his license late #? Nice #s.

mc25 10-08-2007 10:31 PM

that would be a sick car man, if a bridge could pop out :D

almost looks like an hdr! Too bad that boat/plane yard was there. It's a nice shot otherwise!

MikesJo 10-12-2007 12:04 AM

I think he used the shadow/highlight tool.

It is an HDR :p

5 exposures for that one; I've only taken a couple so far and I'm trying to keep them realistic and not like those ones that people either love or hate (the ones with mad halos, harsh mini contrast etc).

I have a similar pic that I snapped with two exposures... yours is much nicer though :D

mc25 10-12-2007 10:03 AM

I want to learn how to do HDR

ColinK 10-12-2007 11:22 AM

first result on google for photoshop hdr: http://www.luminous-landscape.com/tutorials/hdr.shtml

mc25 10-12-2007 12:00 PM

Ya, i know there are tutorials out there... I remember seeing it on wikipedia too. I just havent taken the time to figure it out yet. Hopefully soon.

ColinK 10-12-2007 01:33 PM

it's honestly pretty easy...takes probably 5 or 10 minutes? then another 10 or so for adjustments and tweaking

IMASA 10-12-2007 08:09 PM

Not the best, but my first attempt at doing this.

One must clean the windows before attempting these kinds of shots.

I must've drove past a Chevron.

I like the 2nd pic with the brighter interior and the lights going on outside.
