yea man, let's do it, it's cool to have a shot with so many cars together, but it's just tough to make it look good is all ;)

Especially at night when external lighting sources are limited for such a large area of cars!

Top of the library parkade.

There is a an upper and lower level in open air, the lower level is really well lit, and it's white light unlike most yellow-orange parking lots around here.

I'd be down, and i might even bring out the Miata for it if the weather is nice.

ColinK 10-12-2007 04:49 PM

sure, that'll work, except I think you need to pay to get into that lot.

The lights doesn't matter, you can just adjust that if they are the orange colour type by changing the white balance on your camera ;)

underscore 10-12-2007 11:10 PM

I don't know if they would let us, but I think it would look neat if we filled up the little drop-off ring at The Grand around that fountain, with shots from upper windows/lifted tripods.

Or maybe that little road in between the library parkade and the library itself, could walk into the parkade for the height, I'm not sure how well lit it is though.

nope after 7:00 i think it is, it is free. They don't like alot of people going up there to do burnouts and what not.. But if they do come up we have to tell them it's for a picture.

As for the grand drop off ring, NO.

I don't consider my car (miata) nice enough to park in there and take pictures.

ya there was alot of alk consumption throughout the process of all the installations

Racer, I think I remember you pulled in front of my house 1 day with lawren, silver 92-96 prelude?

in the end all parts are installed but still the same issue....was partially fixed for a moment from bad grounds, but now it could be almost anything, so we are stuck at the moment and are probably going to wait till next year

ps. erin says "hi logan!"

jeffh 10-23-2007 05:26 PM

man, new logan creeps me out, everytime i walk out of the kitchen hes there looking at me

down_hill_dog 10-30-2007 06:08 PM

Tom, I get alot of looks from other ricers in Civics thats forsure. I've even had a 240 rev and launch on me from a light. The civic has maybe 32 hp at the wheels.

Funny thing is, that lip was off of my white prelude.

underscore 10-30-2007 09:59 PM

haha now that you guys are tucking away the nice cars and rolling out the winter beaters, I have a better chance of keeping up. Might have to pull something creative this spring.

underscore 11-10-2007 11:58 PM

Slo40 I've seen that car a little while ago under it's current owner, it's in pretty rough shape :(, I took some pictures.
