I was just doing some messing around in photoshop so I thought I would try my hand at trying to help fix your photo.

Here is a quick edit I did if you don't mind.
Pretty much what I did was mess around with the shadow/highlight, hue/saturation, brightness/contrast and the burn tools. There is not much I could do (at lest with my skills) about the road in the background since it was so washed out.

Thanks alot dylan and matsuda! i guess i have to do better next time and have a better location where there is light source coming from behind me... or maybe i just suck :(

Yeah you just have to watch out for bright lights behind your subject especially when you are shooting long exposure photos.
